Warranty and Returns

We accept returns of merchandise for 30 days, no questions asked. Please include all packing. The razor must be undamaged by you and in resalable condition. All razors which are resold are first sterilized and identified as offered for resale.

Please contact us prior to returning any merchandise. ITEMS RECEIVED WITHOUT PRIOR PERMISSION FOR A RETURN MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED. Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser, except in the rare case of a product defect. Whether a product is deemed defective or not is solely within the discretion of Paradigm. We will generally ask for photos and a description of the problem.
